Diddy faces new charges for forcing employee into sex acts

Controversial music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs (55) is facing new misconduct allegations.
A superseding indictment filed in New York's Southern District accuses him of using physical violence against his employees.
The indictment further alleges that Combs forced an employee to participate in "sexual acts."
The document also implicates the rapper and his associates in cases of "forced labor," with employees allegedly coerced through threats and harm.

Combs is accused of using 'physical force, psychological harm'
Combs has been accused of "[maintaining] control over certain employees of [his] business whom he forced to work long hours with little sleep."
"[He used], among other things, physical force, psychological harm, financial harm, and reputational harm and/or threats of the same."
Legal proceedings
Combs faces multiple charges, trial set for May
Currently behind bars, Combs faces several charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering. His trial is scheduled for May 5.
An arraignment on the updated indictment will be held on March 14.
Additionally, according to the indictment, employees feared losing their jobs if they did not comply with Combs's "demands."
Defense statement
Combs's attorney denies allegations, awaits court hearing
Marc Agnifilo, Combs's attorney, has released a statement denying the allegations.
"Mr. Combs has said it before and will repeat it: he vehemently denies the accusations made by the SDNY," Agnifilo said to PEOPLE.
"He looks forward to his day in court when it will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will."
