Devara: Part 1, an action drama set in the 1980s and 1990s, is written and produced by Koratala Siva. The film marks the Telugu cinema debut of both Khan and Kapoor.
NTR plays the lead role in this heroic tale about a brave coastal man named Devara who risks everything to protect his people from a dangerous underwater realm.
The film also features Narain, Kalaiyarasan, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Shruti Marathe, and Prakash Raj in supporting roles.
