Professional commitments will keep Sonam busy, post marriage
Soon after getting hitched to her long-time businessman beau, the 'Neerja' actress will head to French Riviera to walk the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival. Post that, she will kick-start the promotions of her upcoming release 'Veere Di Wedding'. Besides, Sonam also has to shoot for 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' and 'The Zoya Factor'.
Sonam has a jam-packed schedule till October
"Anand won't be at Cannes with her but the couple is planning an October-November honeymoon which will be delayed because of the bride-to-be's choc-o-block schedule,'' a source told a leading daily.
Sonam and Anand will tie the knot on May 8
Sonam and Anand's wedding was confirmed by their families after months of speculations. They released a joint statement to make it official which read, "The Kapoor and Ahuja families, take great joy and pride, in announcing the marriage of Sonam and Anand. The wedding will take place on the 8th of May in Mumbai." It will be a traditional but an intimate affair.
