The sale of the property was registered last week on September 12, according to documents accessed by Zapkey.com. The apartment is situated on the 15th floor of the Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society, a project developed by Enorm Nagpal Realty. Interestingly, the house is located right next to her mother-in-law Anju Bhavnani's apartment which she has leased out to her daughter Ritika and husband Jagjeet Singh Bhavnani.
Singh's company leased a neighboring apartment
In a related transaction, Singh's company, RS Filmcraft (OPC) Pvt Ltd, leased the apartment next door from his mother on September 5. Apart from these recent purchase, Padukone and Singh also own a sea-facing quadruplex on Bandra Bandstand, near Shah Rukh Khan's iconic residence, Mannat. This property, reportedly worth over ₹100 crore, spans 11,266 square feet of interior space and an additional 1,300 square feet of terrace space. In 2021, the couple bought a bungalow in Alibaug for ₹22 crore.
