'Crew' struggles to maintain box office momentum in Week 5
The comedy-drama film Crew, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon, has been experiencing a decline in its box office performance as it entered its fifth week. Despite a strong start, the movie has been struggling to maintain its initial pace. On the fifth Monday since its release, Crew earned ₹25 lakh, bringing its total earnings to ₹78.75 crore.
'Crew' had a flourishing first week
Crew had a robust start at the box office, earning ₹9.25 crore on its opening day. The film's earnings slightly increased on the second day to ₹9.75 crore and peaked on the third day with ₹10.5 crore. However, from the fourth day onwards, there was a noticeable decrease in daily revenue, concluding its first week with total earnings of ₹44.75 crore.
'Crew' continues to struggle in subsequent weeks
Despite a further slump in daily earnings during its second week, Crew managed to surpass the ₹60cr mark by Day 14. As it ventured into the third week, the film continued to see a decrease in daily collections but held steady overall. Even with a slowdown in daily earnings, Crew is gradually nearing the ₹80cr mark.
