'Crew' hits ₹71.31cr mark in 20 days at box office
The film Crew, directed by Rajesh A Krishnan and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures and Anil Kapoor Films & Communication Network, has demonstrated a strong box office performance, amassing an impressive ₹71.31 crore India nett within its first 20 days. The movie had a prosperous run during its initial 19 days, accumulating approximately ₹70.55 crore India nett, with an additional estimated earning of ₹0.76 crore on the 20th day (Wednesday).
'Crew' opening weekend and subsequent performance
Crew started with a bang, raking in ₹9.25 crore on its debut day, followed by ₹9.75 crore and ₹10.5 crore on the next two days respectively. However, the fourth day saw a significant drop in collections to ₹4.2 crore, marking a decrease of 60%. This downward trend continued throughout the first week as daily earnings dwindled.
'Crew' second and third-week box office collections
After its second week, Crew managed to collect ₹21.45 crore, reflecting a decrease of roughly 50.97% from the first week's earnings. The third week commenced with a collection of ₹0.9 crore on the 15th day but saw an uptick over the weekend with collections of ₹1.6 crore and ₹1.7 crore on the 16th and 17th days respectively.
