'Choose or Die' trailer shows how 'reality is cursed'
Trailer for Netflix's upcoming film Choose or Die is here! Starring talented English actor Asa Butterfield, Iola Evans, and Eddie Marsan [V for Vendetta (2006), Mission: Impossible III (2006), Hancock (2008), Sherlock Holmes (2009)], the clip gives out serious Bandersnatch-Jumanji vibes. But, instead of Jumanji's board game, a video game is at the center. It is set to hit the streamer on August 15.
Why does this story matter?
The trailer for Choose or Die feels psychological and pretty similar to Netflix's other popular series like Black Mirror, Stranger Things, etc. So, it may be another addition to the streaming giant's successful fantasy sci-fi thriller catalog. Also, it has some fine actors on board, hence, Choose or Die looks like quite a promising watch. But, let us wait till its release.
What is in store for us?
The trailer shows Kayla (Evans), a broke college dropout, doing odd jobs to sustain herself. She teams up with her friend Isaac (Butterfield) after getting caught in a twisted surreal game, where she either has to take life-threatening challenges or die. Like in Squid Game, stopping or pausing the game isn't an option, as throughout the trailer, we hear someone shouting "Choose or die."
