'Stree' teaser: Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor set to haunt us
What's the story
Trust Rajkummar Rao to bring something new to the table with each film. After playing a terrorist in his last outing 'Omerta', he is now set to enthrall us with 'Stree', a horror comedy.
He today took to Twitter to unveil the first look and teaser of the film.
Co-starring Shraddha Kapoor, 'Stree' is based on a "ridiculously true phenomenon".

Details
The film is slated to release on August 31
Written by Raj & DK and directed by debutante Amar Kaushik, 'Stree' will be released on August 31.
The film is set in a small town called Chanderi, near Bhopal.
This is the first time that Rajkummar and Shraddha will be seen sharing the screen space.
Both the actors currently have multiple films in their kitty.

As it turns out, Shraddha's 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu', co-starring Shahid Kapoor and Yami Gautam, is also scheduled to hit the screens on August 31. It is now to be seen if the producers of 'BGMC' and 'Stree' will try and avert the clash.
