Apple TV+ released the first teaser for its upcoming limited series, Disclaimer recently. The series, written and directed by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Alfonso Cuaron, stars Cate Blanchett as Catherine Ravenscroft, a renowned journalist with a concealed past. 'Disclaimer' teaser offers a glimpse of the thrilling plot
The teaser for Disclaimer presents a series of captivating scenes, including Blanchett narrowly escaping a car crash and a couple holding hands on a desolate beach. The series boasts an impressive cast that includes Kevin Kline, Sacha Baron Cohen, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Hoyeon of Squid Game fame, Lesley Manville, Enola Holmes actor Louis Partridge, and Leila George. This marks Cuaron's return to the small screen following his 2014 fantasy drama Believe.
'Disclaimer' production and release details
Esperanto Filmoj and Anonymous Content are overseeing the production of the series. The executive producers include Cuaron, Blanchett, Gabriela Rodriguez, David Levine, Steve Golin, Emmanuel Lubezki, Bruno Delbonnel, Donald Sabourin, and Carlos Morales. Knight serves as a co-executive producer. The series score has been composed by Finneas O'Connell. Disclaimer is scheduled to premiere on Apple TV+ on October 11 with its first two episodes. New episodes will be released every Friday until November 15.
