However, pop star Britney Spears had an important message for her fans as she offered a helping hand to those who are suffering due to the crisis, which has claimed the lives of 17,000 and sickened nearly 4 lakh around the world.

Recently, Spears shared a video on Instagram as part of the Do Your Part Challenge. "So, our world is going through such hard times right now," the singer/songwriter said in the short clip. She offered to help her fans, saying, "Whether it's with food or I'm getting your child diapers or whatever it is, DM me and I will help you out."
Spears further nominated three celebrities to follow the lead
Spears explained in the caption of the post that she would pick three fans to help out during this "difficult time." Further, in the video, she went ahead and nominated three more celebrities to follow the lead and participate in the noble cause. She nominated actor Will Smith, talent agent Cade Hudson, and her boyfriend and trainer/model Sam Asghari.

Apart from Spears, other music and movie stars who have pledged monetary help to people suffering from the ongoing crisis include Matthew McConaughey, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, Rihanna, Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos.
