The Malayalam version boasted a notable occupancy rate of 26.72%—with the highest turnout during the night shows (34.84%), while the Tamil version followed closely with a rate of 22.71%. Meanwhile, the film has grossed over ₹115cr ($14M) in worldwide collections, reportedly.

Aadujeevitham has not only been successful in India but has also made a significant impact in North America, one of the biggest markets for Indian films. It crossed the $1M mark in just 10 days, with a total collection of $1,014,679 (₹8.45 crore). This achievement underscores the film's global appeal and its ability to resonate with audiences beyond its home country.
