Adding another feather to its cap, 'Black Panther' has now moved ahead of 'Titanic' in the list of all-time highest grossing movies.
The film with a predominant black cast is now the third-highest grosser in North American history.
The top two spots are occupied by 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' and 'Avatar' respectively.

'Black Panther' has so far raked in $665 million
Marvel's maiden standalone black superhero film has made $665 million till now and thus, has crossed the lifetime collection of 'Titanic' which stood at $659 million.
However, it would be difficult for 'Black Panther' to challenge 'Avatar' ($760 million) and 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' ($937 million).

The movie garnered rave reviews from critics who hailed it as one of the best Marvel movies which poignantly portrays Africa.
'Black Panther' even received a rare 100% rating from review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes.
It narrates the story of a fictional, technologically advanced African nation Wakanda, whose newly crowned king T'Challa faces trouble from within.
A sequel to the film is already in place.
