Billie Eilish announces 'Hit Me Hard and Soft' world tour
Excitement is in the air as pop sensation Billie Eilish has officially announced the schedule for her upcoming Hit Me Hard and Soft world tour. The tour, which is set to promote her third album, will commence on September 29 at Quebec's Centre Videotron. The North American leg of the tour will continue until late December, featuring performances in several major cities.
Why does this story matter?
Fresh off a double Oscar win for her Barbie power ballad What Was I Made For?, the 22-year-old announced her new album earlier this month. She'll be dropping it all at once on May 17. Forget pre-release singles—this time, she wants her fans to experience the entire masterpiece as a whole. Eilish expressed immense pride in the project, stating, "I truly could not be more proud of this album."
Eilish's North American tour venues schedule
Eilish is set to perform at Madison Square Garden for three consecutive nights from October 16-18 and at Atlanta's State Farm Arena on November 2-3. The Hit Me Hard and Soft tour will then resume, making stops in cities like Nashville, Cincinnati, Chicago, Denver, Seattle, Portland, and San Jose. The North American leg concludes with two shows at Inglewood's Kia Forum on December 16-17.
Tour will continue to Australia and Europe in 2025
Following the North American leg, Eilish will embark on the Australian tour with performances scheduled in Brisbane from February 18-22, Sydney from February 24-28, and Melbourne from March 4-8. In April 2025, she will return to the stage for a series of European shows promoted by Live Nation. The European segment of the tour will conclude with a performance at Dublin's renowned 3Arena on July 27.
Ticket sales and sustainability initiatives for Eilish's tour
Tickets for the upcoming tour will be available starting with an American Express presale on Tuesday, with additional presales planned later in the week. Any remaining tickets will go on sale starting May 3 via Eilish's official website. The tour is also set to feature several sustainability initiatives in collaboration with environmental nonprofit Reverb, aiming to reduce greenhouse gas pollution and single-use plastic waste.
Tour to support environmental causes and prevent scalping
A portion of the ticket proceeds from North American sales will be donated to Reverb to support its work addressing food insecurity and climate change. Concertgoers can contribute to these sustainability efforts by visiting a Billie Eilish Reverb eco village set up at each show. To prevent ticket scalping, Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange program will be implemented, allowing fans who cannot attend a concert to resell their tickets at their original price.
