#BiggBoss12: Jasleen calls 'affair' with Anup a prank gone wrong
Anup Jalota and Jasleen Matharu's love affair on Bigg Boss 12 was one of the most talked about elements of the show. They entered BB12 as a couple and helped the show climb the TRP charts. While earlier Anup had rubbished the reports of dating Jasleen, the latter has now opened up on the 'affair' and called it a prank gone wrong.
We were guru and shishya, confirms Jasleen
Jasleen, post her elimination, has cleared the air about dating Anup. According to a Mid-Day report, Jasleen has confirmed that they were a 'guru-shishya' jodi. Her statement might come as a shock to many as they pretended to be a couple on BB12. In fact, Jasleen mentioned that given the BB12 theme, she suggested it would be better if they entered as a pair.

Jasleen further stated that she joked about the relationship angle during the opening episode of BB12. "I joked that I know Anupji for three years and that we are together," she said. In fact, Jasleen also asserted that Anup was taken aback with her statement initially, but played along later. "Had he reacted then, the matter would have ended there," she added.

Indeed, Anup-Jasleen managed to fool the audience for a long time. However, Jasleen has revealed that, at one point, Anup got concerned about the prank. "I continued the joke inside the house, and he played along. But when he realized things were going too far, he was scared," Jasleen asserted. No wonder, he cleared his stand about the love-affair soon after his elimination.

Well, Jasleen's revelation has certainly created a buzz in the town. But her revelations didn't end there. The BB12 contestant also spoke about her controversial kiss with Anup on national television and said that there wasn't anything romantic about it. "I kissed him on the cheek and forehead. There was nothing romantic about it," Jasleen was quoted as saying. Fake relationship ki fake kiss!

Meanwhile, Anup too had cleared his stand on dating Jasleen and said that they don't know each other well. He also emphasized that the two had always shared a 'guru-shishya' relationship and the affair angle on BB12 was just for promotion. "There is no girlfriend-boyfriend kind of relationship between us and we are also not involved in any romantic and physical relation," Anup clarified.
