Comedienne Bharti Singh and her husband, writer-producer-host Haarsh Limbachiyaa, are now parents! Taking to social media, the celebrity couple announced they have welcomed their first child, a son, into their lives on Sunday evening. Alongside an image from their maternity photoshoot with symbolic blue flowers, their joint post read, "It's a BOY." Congratulatory messages for the couple have started pouring in from all corners!
News of their pregnancy was announced in December
To recall, the couple had shared the news of their pregnancy back in December 2021. Although Singh was being haunted by questions of expanding their family and pregnancy for several months, the ace comedienne only confirmed things in her due time. The duo had shared a heartwarming clip where Singh was seen taking a pregnancy test and being elated after seeing a positive result.

As soon as the news was shared on Instagram, the couple's celebrity friends showered them with love-filled wishes. Actor Aditi Bhatia wrote, "Omg congratulations. sooooo happy!!! Cannot wait to see the little one (sic)." "Yaaayyy congratulations," wrote actor Anita Hassanandani. Ex-Bigg Boss contestant Bandgi Kalra said: "Omg congratssss." Earlier, Singh had quashed rumors of giving birth to girl
For the past few days, rumors have been abuzz that Singh had given birth to a girl. However, she quashed those recently. During an Instagram live session, she clarified, "I've been receiving messages and calls from loved ones congratulating me... But it's not true. I am on the sets of [The Khatra Khatra Show]." She had also mentioned that the "due date is near."
We can't wait for them to announce baby's name
Now that the baby is here, we can't wait to know what the couple will name their newborn. Last week—in a video shared by Singh—the pair was seen taking baby name suggestions from Karan Johar and Parineeti Chopra on the sets of the reality show Hunarbaaz. Singh and Limbachiyaa are hosts of the unique talent hunt show, while Johar and Chopra are the judges.
