Why Ranvir Shorey thinks 'Bigg Boss' is a 'big mess'
Actor Ranvir Shorey, a top three finalist in the reality show Bigg Boss OTT 3, recently shared his thoughts on the competition and Sana Makbul's victory. Describing his time on the show as an "intense roller-coaster ride," Shorey told India Today that the experience blurred reality and emotions. Despite this, he found value in learning about himself and others through the process. The show went on from June 21 to August 2.
Shorey is looking forward to 'new challenges'
Speaking about his strategy in the game, the actor said, "The show puts you through emotions in a way that the reality blurs, about what you are, or others are. It's all a big mess but you learn so much, about yourself and people. I tried to take the best out of what I had." Speaking about life and career post-Bigg Boss, he said, "I am coming out after 42 days, I hope to face new challenges."
Shorey comments on Makbul's 'Bigg Boss OTT 3' win
Shorey stated that he did not believe Makbul deserved to win. "This show has been unpredictable. Not just about her winning but also the many eliminations that happened earlier," he said. "However, it's all about what and how Bigg Boss wants you to play, and a lot also depends on votes and fans. So, one has to respect that." In another recent interview, he said that Makbul won because the "channel was kind to her."
Shorey will soon be seen in 'Shekhar Home'
Shorey will soon be seen in Shekhar Home, which is set to premiere on JioCinema on August 14. The show features Kay Kay Menon in the lead role and is the Indian adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes, with Menon playing Holmes and Shorey essaying Dr Watson. It also stars Kirti Kulhari and Rasika Dugal and is directed by Srijit Mukherji.
