'Barzakh' to compete against 13 countries at awards gala
Barzakh, produced by Shailja Kejriwal and Waqas Hassan, is set in the Hunza Valley. The plot revolves around a 76-year-old man who surprises his estranged family by announcing his engagement to the ghost of his first love. At the awards ceremony scheduled for December in Singapore, the show will vie against entries from 13 other countries in the same category.
