Babil Khan to star in Indian-American film 'Yakshi'
What's the story
Babil Khan, known for his unconventional roles, will be seen in the cross-cultural, Indian-American short film Yakshi.
He will share the screen with acclaimed Malayalam actor Anna Ben, who has starred in films like Kumbalangi Nights, Sara's, and Helen.
Written and directed by Karan Sunil, the movie will weave elements of Indian folklore into a modern-day narrative.

Recently, Ben treated fans with a sneak peek into Yakshi by sharing behind-the-scenes photos from the set.
Along with the images, she penned a heartfelt note thanking the team for the opportunity to play Maya in the film.
She also praised her co-star Khan, calling him an "absolute darling" and hoping to work with him again.
Future endeavors
Khan's upcoming projects include romantic drama
Apart from Yakshi, Khan is also preparing for a romantic drama helmed by National Award-winning filmmaker Sai Rajesh. The movie will also introduce Govinda's son, Yashvardhan Ahuja, to Bollywood.
Produced by Madhu Mantena in collaboration with Allu Aravind and SKN Films, the currently untitled project has not yet finalized its female lead.
