The movie is being lauded for its concept and performances and that is evidently visible in the box office collections. As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the movie has earned Rs. 45.06 crore in the opening weekend. Certainly, a reason to celebrate for Ayushmann.

Happy with the movie's success, Ayushmann chose to take wife Tahira Kashyap on a lunch date. The couple has been quite occupied in their personal lives. However, post the success of 'Badhaai Ho', the two chose to spend some quality time together. They were snapped post their lunch date at a restaurant. Tahira's battle with cancer is inspiring
It's been a little while since Tahira was diagnosed with breast cancer. The couple chose to deal with heartbreaking and shocking news maturely and is now in a happy state. Instead of crying over it, Ayushmann-Tahira chose to celebrate the early detection. "I went without sleep for seven days. But, we had promised ourselves that we'd maintain a positive attitude," he added.
