'Avengers: Infinity War' has set a new benchmark for international movies in India. The film took a flying start on the day of its release, witnessed massive growth over the weekend and sustained well on the weekdays. As a result, it is now set to become the very first Hollywood film to enter the Rs. 200 crore club at the Indian box office.

Marvel's film is having a fantastic second week in India. It has triumphed both the new releases of the week - Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor's '102 Not Out' and Rajkummar Rao's 'Omerta'. Bringing in Rs. 4.90 crore on its second Monday, 'Avengers: Infinity War' currently stands at a total of Rs. 192.28 crore and will march into the Rs. 200 crore club by Thursday.

The superheroes are storming the international box-office as well. This weekend, 'Avengers: Infinity War' became the fastest film to cross $1-billion mark globally. It achieved the milestone in just 11 days. Touted as the 'biggest crossover event in history, it brings together Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man, Chris Evans's Captain America, Chris Pratt's Star-Lord, Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow among others.
