Box office: 'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha' nearly touches ₹11cr
The Hindi romantic thriller Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, directed by Neeraj Pandey and starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu, has experienced a disappointing performance at the box office. The film, which also features Shantanu Maheshwari and Saiee Manjrekar, has only managed to rake in ₹10.95 crore since its release on August 2. Despite being led by two major stars, the film's collections have been shockingly underwhelming.

According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha made a mere ₹0.50 crore on Saturday. It is projected that the film will take another week to reach the ₹15 crore mark. The movie has not only struggled commercially but has also been criticized for its slow, predictable, and outdated storytelling.

This marks a low point for Devgn and Tabu who have had a long history of successful collaborations on various projects over the years. Their previous films together include hits like Haqeeqat (1995), Thakshak (1999), Drishyam (2015), Golmaal Again (2017), De De Pyaar De (2019), and Drishyam 2 (2022). Up next, Devgn has Singham Again in the pipeline, while Tabu is awaiting the release of Dune: Prophecy.
