'Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha' falters at box office
The Ajay Devgn and Tabu starrer, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, is experiencing a rough patch at the box office. The romantic saga, directed by Neeraj Pandey, has only managed to rake in ₹90 lakh on its fifth day since release. Despite mixed reviews upon its debut on Friday, August 2, the film's collections saw a significant drop on the following Tuesday.
Film's earnings show steady decline
According to Sacnilk, the total collection of Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha currently stands at ₹8.65 crore. The film is struggling to cross the ₹10 crore mark, with day-wise collections showing a steady decline. The earnings were ₹1.85 crore on Day 1, ₹2.15 crore on Day 2, ₹2.75 crore on Day 3, dropped to ₹1 crore on Day 4 and finally settled at ₹0.9 crore on Day 5.
Devgn and Tabu's long-standing collaboration continues
Devgn and Tabu have a history of successful collaborations, having worked together on several projects over the years. Their joint ventures include Haqeeqat (1995), Thakshak (1999), Drishyam (2015), Golmaal Again (2017), De De Pyaar De (2019), and Drishyam 2 (2022). Last year, Tabu appeared in Devgn's film Bholaa, a remake of the Tamil movie Kaithi. The duo is reportedly set to work together again in the upcoming film, De De Pyaar De 2.
