Asim Riaz came into the limelight after his appearance in the 13th season of the reality television show Big Boss. With his good looks and charm, he soon became a favorite of the followers of the show. It was no coincidence that he finished as the runner-up behind eventual winner Sidharth Shukla. Riaz was born on July 13, 1993, in Jammu. His father Riaz Ahmed Choudhary is a politician and his mother Shabnam Naz a homemaker. He has two siblings - Mahvish Choudhary and Umar Riaz. Riaz studied in Delhi Public School Jammu. After graduating in marketing, he began his career as a model. He first signed with an agency called The Fashion Management and later with Tobah Talent Management. He has appeared in several ads including that of Blackberrys, B’lue, etc. In 2014, he appeared in an uncredited role in ‘Main Tera Hero.’ Riaz received his big break when he appeared in Big Boss. His relationship with fellow contestant Himanshi Khurana was a hot talking point amongst followers of the show. After ‘Big Boss,’ Riaz appeared in several Hindi and Punjabi music videos.
