'Idli Kadai' is Dhanush's 4th directorial and 52nd acting project
Idli Kadai, announced by Dhanush on social media on September 19, is his fourth directorial and 52nd acting project. The concept poster shared by the actor depicted a roadside shack against a starry night. The film will feature music composed by GV Prakash Kumar, cinematography by Kiran Koushik, and editing by Prasanna GK. It is being produced by Aakash Baskaran of Dawn Pictures in collaboration with Dhanush's banner Wunderbar Films.
Pandey's upcoming projects and Dhanush's recent success
In addition to Idli Kadai, Pandey is also set to appear in Excel Entertainment's Dabba Cartel and Bandwaale. On the other hand, Dhanush recently enjoyed box office success with his second directorial venture, Raayan. His future projects include Sekhar Kammula's Kubera where he stars opposite Rashmika Mandanna, and the highly anticipated Ilaiyaraaja biopic Maestro. He is also directing Nilavukku En Mel Ennadi Kobam featuring Pavish, Anikha Surendran, Priya Prakash Varrier among others.
