Arjun Rampal's X handle hacked—'Please don't respond,' he urges fans
Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal, who was recently seen in Aditya Datt's Crakk: Jeetegaa Toh Jiyegaa, co-starring Vidyut Jammwal, has revealed that his X account (formerly known as Twitter) has been compromised. On Saturday, the 50-year-old actor took to social media to alert his followers about the hacking incident and advised them not to respond to any messages or tweets from his account.
'Not good news my X account has been hacked...'
On Instagram, Rampal alerted his followers that his X account had been hacked, sharing an image of the X logo. He wrote, "Not good news my X account has been hacked. Please don't respond to any tweets or messages. #accounthacked, (sic)." In a related incident, Javed Akhtar also reported that his X account had been compromised. The renowned screenwriter and lyricist clarified that a tweet about India's Olympic team—which appeared to be innocuous—was not posted by him.
Rampal's recent appearance on 'The Ranveer Show'
Additionally, Rampal recently made an appearance on The Ranveer Show, a podcast hosted by YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia. During the show, he discussed his personal life, including his divorce from ex-wife Mehr Jesia after 20 years of marriage. He also spoke about the challenges he faced due to marrying at a young age. "I got married when I was 24, and I think it is too early," he said.
Rampal's upcoming projects and personal life
On the work front, Rampal has several projects lined up including The Battle of Bhima Koregaon, Nastik, 3 Monkeys, Dhurandhar, and Rana Naidu 2. He will also be seen in an untitled film with Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, and R Madhavan, directed by Aditya Dhar. In his personal life, Rampal is currently in a relationship with Gabriella Demetriades and they have two sons together.
