Just 11 days post-delivery, Arjun Rampal's girlfriend's transformation is stunning
Arjun Rampal's girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades, who recently gave birth to son Arik on July 18, surprised everyone with her jaw-dropping body transformation, just within 11 days after delivery. The new mommy, who gained 21 kgs during the final days of her pregnancy, shed the extra kilos real quick, and for this she credits the continuous workout sessions she followed even during gestation.
Gabriella worked out for five days a week during pregnancy
Gabriella shared a picture from a week before her delivery, and admitted in her Instagram post that it "was not easy to watch my body go through that (the weight gain)." However, the South African model "trusted the process," and exercised for almost five days a week. "I ate what I wanted in moderation, and rested when my body told me to," she added.
Gabriella focused on how she felt rather than her looks
In another picture, Gabriella emphasized that she's "grateful to have had a natural delivery." "The body is an amazing thing. I watched as I brought life into this world and I couldn't care less about what I looked like doing it," she wrote. "We care so much about how we look and little about how we actually feel. I never felt better," she wrote.
"Now, on the road to getting my old self back"
"All I really cared about is that my baby was happy and healthy. But now, I'm on the road to getting my old self back. I get asked all the time what my regime is, what I'm eating. What I'm doing," Gabriella wrote on Instagram.
Don't stop your regime during pregnancy, suggests Gabriella
In the last picture, which was taken in a gym just 11 days post-delivery, Gabriella looked much leaner. Sharing her regime, she said that exercises and prenatal yoga are her secrets behind this amazing and stunning transformation. She also went ahead and suggested, "Don't stop your regime during pregnancy." "Move, eat well and treat yourself every now and again," she added.
"Good things take time; be patient with your mind, body"
"Prenatal yoga really helped keep my pelvic floor strong (Tanvi at Tangerine studio kept me calm and taught me to breathe). Also remember everyone is different and all good things do take time: so be patient with your body and your mind," she wrapped up.
