Mona Kapoor lost her battle to cancer before Arjun's debut
For the uninitiated, Mona died in March 2012, after a prolonged battle with cancer. It was reported that she passed away due to multiple organ failure during her medical treatment in Mumbai's Hinduja hospital. Notably, Arjun lost his mother just two months before he made his big Bollywood debut with 2012 release Ishaqzaade opposite Parineeti Chopra. Undoubtedly, it was a difficult phase for Arjun.
For now, Arjun is busy shooting for Ashutosh Gowariker's 'Panipat'
On the work front, Arjun is ecstatic about working on Ashutosh Gowariker's upcoming war-drama, Panipat. In fact, he has already finished shooting 60% of the movie and is looking forward to wrapping it up. Interestingly, Arjun had been quite particular about hiding his look from the movie.
