Ranbir-Alia vacationing in Switzerland. Possible wedding-venue hunt?
Bollywood's IT couple, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, have taken a break from their busy schedules, and are currently holidaying in Switzerland. They were spotted by their fans, who clicked their photo and posted it on Instagram, which has of course gone viral. As per reports, they are headed next to Lake Como, fueling speculations that they might be hunting for a wedding venue.
Lake Como in Italy became well-known after Virushka, DeepVeer's weddings
To recall, Lake Como was where Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli and actress Anushka Sharma tied the knot in 2017. This was followed by Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone's wedding, which happened at the Villa Del Balbianello, overlooking the lake, in Italy on November 14 and 15. Since Alia and Ranbir's wedding is the next much-awaited, it was easy for the rumors to crop up.
Ranbir, Alia love Lake Como and its scenic beauty
However, a source said that the couple loves the scenic beauty of Lake Como, and that is the only reason they are headed there. "Both of them have been keeping extremely busy and were planning a holiday for a while now. This looked like the perfect time and Ranbir and Alia will soon be off to Lake Como as they love its scenic beauty."
Alia, Ranbir plan to see various places across Europe
The source further said that the couple also plans to tour different places in Europe, before returning to work. "The two plan to go see various places across Europe. Post this, they will get back to work," the source added. In the now-viral picture, Alia looked relaxed and was dressed in a long printed dress with a hot-pink overcoat, while Ranbir donned all black.
Both Ranbir and Alia didn't seem to mind the intrusion

'Kalank' was panned by critics, audience, box office
On the work front, Alia's last release Kalank fared miserably at the box office and was also panned by critics and audience. She has also signed Karan Johar's another multi-starrer, Takht.
After 'Brahmastra,' Ranbir will be a dacoit in 'Shamshera'
Meanwhile, Ranbir, aside Brahmastra, a fantasy film trilogy, also has Karan Malhotra's Shamshera alongside Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. In Shamshera, a period adventure film, Ranbir will be playing a dacoit. He'll also star along with Ajay Devgn in Luv Ranjan's as-yet untitled action thriller.
