Tamannaah Bhatia's 'Aranmanai 4' to soon stream on Disney+ Hotstar
The horror-comedy film Aranmanai 4, starring Tamannaah Bhatia and Raashii Khanna, is preparing for its grand OTT release on Disney+ Hotstar. Directed by Sundar C, who also appears in the film, Aranmanai 4 has been a sensation at the box office since its release on May 3. The movie—also dubbed in Telugu as Baak—was later released in Hindi on Friday, following its success in the Tamil and Telugu markets.

Disney+ Hotstar acquires 'Aranmanai 4' streaming rights
On Sunday, Disney+ Hotstar announced that Aranmanai 4 is "coming soon" to the platform. The movie will be available in multiple languages including Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, in addition to Tamil. However, an official premiere date is yet to be revealed. The film is Khanna's second release of 2024 after Yodha, while it's Bhatia's first outing of the year.
What is 'Aranmanai 4' all about?
The Tamil-language horror comedy film series began with Aranmanai in 2014, followed by Aranmanai 2 in 2016, and Aranmanai 3 in 2021. In the fourth chapter, a jovial family of four meets a tragic demise, with investigations pointing toward the husband's death in the forest after a dispute with his wife, played by Bhatia, who allegedly takes her own life by hanging. Sundar's character—Bhatia's brother—vehemently opposes the idea of his sister committing suicide, setting the stage for the central conflict.
Stellar cast and production team behind 'Aranmanai 4'
Bhatia and Khanna aside, Aranmanai 4 boasts a star-studded cast including Kovai Sarala, Yogi Babu, Vennela Kishore, Srinivasa Reddy, Sunil, and KS Ravikumar. The film was produced by Khushbu Sundar and ACS Arun Kumar under the banners of Avni Cinemax and Benzz Media Private Limited. Behind the camera, Hiphop Tamizha composed the music, while E. Krishnasamy and Fenny Oliver handled the cinematography and editing, respectively.
