AP Dhillon signs historic label deal; unveils 'Old Money' teaser
In a landmark move, global Punjabi music sensation AP Dhillon has inked a deal with Republic Records in collaboration with Universal Music Canada. This signing marks an unprecedented moment as Dhillon becomes the first India-born singer-songwriter, rapper, and record producer of Punjabi descent to join the esteemed label's roster. The announcement coincides with news of his forthcoming collaboration Old Money, featuring Bollywood stars Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt.
Dhillon's upcoming releases under new label
Dhillon's first release under Republic Records will be Old Money, set to debut on Friday (August 9). The teaser for the song was officially released by Khan on Tuesday. This will be followed by the launch of his new album, The Brownprint, on August 23. Dhillon has co-produced most of The Brownprint, with contributions from notable artists such as DZL (Future, Central Cee), Luca Mauti (J.Cole, Eminem), and AzizTheShake (BIA, Central Cee).
