Anushka Sharma starrer 'Pari' is all set to become the first-ever female-led Indian film to open in Russia.

Thrilled by the feat, Anushka took to Instagram to share the Russian poster of her home production.

The horror drama, which had an average run at the Indian box office, will be hitting the screens in Russia on April 19.

Details

'Pari' upped the ante of horror films in India

'Pari' was Anushka's third production venture after 'NH 10' and 'Phillauri'.

Helmed by debutante Prosit Roy, the film had released on Holi and earned the actress several accolades for her performance.

Apart from Anushka, 'Pari' also features Parambrata Chatterjee, Rajat Kapoor and Ritabhari in pivotal roles.
