Anupam Kher sends birthday wishes to former PM Manmohan Singh
What's the story
Anupam Kher wished former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on his birthday today and hoped he would like the actor's performance in 'The Accidental Prime Minister'.
Kher, who essays Singh in the film, took to Twitter to share his thoughts, saying his portrayal is "full of sincerity and honesty".
Singh, the first Sikh PM, was born in Gah, now in Pakistan in 1932.

Film based on novel written by ex-Media Adviser to Singh
The film is based on the book of the same name, written by Sanjay Baru, who served as the Media Adviser to Manmohan Singh from 2004-2008. It is being made in English and Hindi by debutant Vijay Ratnakar Gutte and is produced by Bohra Brothers.
