#BiggBoss12: TV actress accuses Anup Jalota of sexual assault
Bhajan singer Anup Jalota's entry to 'Bigg Boss 12' was surprising and so was his relationship with his student, 28-year-old singer Jasleen Matharu. Now, Jalota has been reportedly accused of sexual assault by a television actress, which has put him at the center of a controversy. The actress has alleged that Anup demanded sexual favors from her on the pretext of getting married.
Anup promised to enter BB12 with me, claims the actress
Talking about her relationship, the actress stated that Anup had assured that he would enter BB12 with her as a jodi. "We even had sex twice in the last six months. I did not mind having sex with Jalota as he professed his love for me and said he wanted to settle down with me," the victim was quoted as saying.
Anup-Jasleen's relationship came as a shock
The actress further alleged that when Anup started ignoring her calls a month ago, she thought that he couldn't make it to high-octane reality show 'Bigg Boss'. "I felt nothing was happening and left for the USA in August. I feel so miserable," she added. However, him entering BB12 with Jasleen and them announcing their relationship left the actress appalled.
A police complaint filed against Anup
Reportedly, the television actress has filed a police complaint against the 'Bigg Boss 12' contestant for exploiting her sexually and for cheating on her. Talking to India Scoops, she stated that she wanted Anup to be arrested soon.
Earlier too a model accused Anup of harassment
Notably, this isn't the first time Anup has been accused of sexual exploitation. Earlier, an Israeli model claimed that the Bhajan singer tried kissing her forcefully after calling her to his room. She also revealed that he even told her that about his plans of cheating on his ailing wife. However, the singer had denied all the allegations.
