Anu Malik sells 2 apartments in Mumbai for ₹14.49cr: Report

Indian music composer and singer Anu Malik, and his wife Anju Malik, have reportedly sold two apartments in Mumbai's Santacruz West for ₹14.49 crore.
The transaction was registered in February 2025, property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) show.
The properties are located in Khushi Belmondo residential project and both are on the same floor.

Malik's properties: Strategic location and robust infrastructure
The apartments sold by the couple are situated in a strategically located suburban locality in Mumbai's western belt.
The area is well-connected and has a strong infrastructure, including major roads, a railway station, and proximity to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
It is also located near Bandra Kurla Complex, a major commercial hub in Mumbai.
The apartments have a total built-up area of 233.64 sq. m. (2,515 sq. ft.) and the agreement includes a total of two car parking spaces.

Malik's properties were sold to Harmony Trust
The documents show the two apartments were sold to Harmony Trust. However, Malik, his wife, and Harmony Trust could not be reached for comments.
This makes Malik the fifth Bollywood celebrity to sell a residential property in Mumbai's real estate market in 2025.
Other stars who recently sold their properties include Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha, and Subhash Ghai with total sales exceeding ₹100cr.
