SRK to host Akash Ambani-Shloka Mehta's engagement party
When it comes to adding grandeur to an event, the first name that pops in mind is of Shah Rukh Khan. Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani are well aware of this; SRK has been a part of numerous Reliance events as well as their family gatherings. So, it is no surprise that they want him to host son Akash Ambani's engagement party.

Apart from hosting the ring ceremony, SRK will also be giving a special performance, said a Filmfare report. The who's who of all the prominent industries are expected to be in attendance at the high-profile engagement bash. The preparations are going on in full swing at the Ambani residence presently.
Akash and Shloka will exchange the rings on June 30
The engagement party of the much in love couple will be held at Ambani's Antilia on June 30. Akash and Shloka recently got their pre-wedding photoshoot done in Goa. Earlier this year, the Ambanis hosted another bash after Akash and Shloka decided to tie the nuptial knot. Shloka is the daughter of diamond magnate Russel Mehta and knew Akash since her school days.
A December wedding for Akash and Shloka
Akash and Shloka's wedding is expected to take place in Mumbai over 4-5 days at a five-star property. The final dates are not known yet. Also, Akash's twin sister Isha Ambani is also likely to get hitched to Anand Piramal in the same month.
