Kedarnath: Sushant & Sara's set to cost Rs. 7crore?
Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan's film 'Kedarnath' has grabbed the headlines once more and the reason is indeed surprising. The film is set against the backdrop of 2013 Uttarakhand floods. And to recreate the entire feel, director Abhishek Kapoor has constructed a set in Mumbai, costing him a whopping Rs. 7 crore. Here's a sneak-peak!
About the magnanimous set
The sources revealed that the makers have replicated the entire holy city. A model of the Kedarnath temple has also been designed. The film is an inter-faith love story, set against the backdrop of the devastating Uttarakhand floods; the makers plan to shoot the flood sequences now. Huge water tankers are brought too, the source further added.
The film marks Sara Ali Khan's debut
Sushant Rajput and Sara Ali Khan starrer Kedarnath will hit the theatres on December 21, 2018. The film is directed by Abhishek Kapoor and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures. Saif Ali Khan's and Amrita's daughter Sara Ali Khan will be seen making her Bollywood debut with this film. We can't wait to watch Sara Ali Khan on-screen, can you?
