Soha Ali Khan's debut novel reveals it all
The youngest daughter of Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi and veteran actress Sharmila Tagore, Soha Ali Khan, has been surrounded by successful people all her life. Soha often had a thought or two about "not really being in that league but not being entirely anonymous". In her debut novel 'Perils of Being Moderately Famous', she talks about it all. Here's what she has penned down.
Soha opens up about being compared to mother, brother
In the book, Soha writes that being compared to her mother and brother was frustrating at times. But, she admits one can also laugh at it and embrace it as an identity. She is content to have done the latter. As an actress, Soha might not a hugely popular star but the new mother believes that she has carved her own identity.
Book will clear misconceptions about her, Soha believes
Soha has written the book with a sincere hope that it will clear all the misconceptions people have about her. "I think people have a lot of pre-conceptions about what it's like to belong to a royal-family like mine.I thought when I write the book in a funny way one could clear up those misconceptions," she quipped. Now that would be interesting to read!
