'Game of Thrones' prequel announces new cast, director
What's the story
Game of Thrones is currently a cultural phenomenon, being the most popular show globally.
Perhaps this is why we have started getting hyped about a prequel spin-off to the show even before the final season starts airing.
While we already know about the major casting for the upcoming prequel, recent news informed about other cast members and the director.
Read all about it here.
Story details
Prequel will be set thousands of years before
The yet-to-be named prequel is set thousands of years before the events of Westeros unfolded in Game of Thrones.
It would show the transition from the Golden Age of Heroes to the darkest hour, presumably, the creation of White Walkers.
The story will delve into the mysteries of the east, something only hinted at in the current show, and explore the legendary Starks.
