Alia Bhatt spills beans about her 'love nest' in Juhu

It hasn't been long since Alia Bhatt created a buzz after she bought a property in Juhu.
It was reported that Alia was planning to move in with Ranbir Kapoor in this house.
In fact, reports also suggested that she paid double the amount to bag the property.
And now, Alia opened up on the same and said that it isn't her love nest.

Not love nest, new property to be Alia's production house
Talking about the same, Alia stated that she didn't buy the new flat as her love nest with beau Ranbir. Instead, this place is for her new production house.
Yes! Alia is venturing into production and named her production house as Eternal Sunshine Productions.
"I am yet to formulate solid production plans. But we have a team working on it," she was quoted saying.

Alia had paid a jaw-dropping amount for her new flat
According to the DNA report, Alia bought a 2,300 square feet apartment in the posh locality of Juhu earlier this month at a whopping amount of Rs. 13.11 crore.
Reportedly, this amount is double the market rate of the property, which happens to be Rs. 7.86 crore.
"The property was registered with the sub-registrar's office in Andheri on January 9," the report had stated.

Furthermore, Alia stated that while the media reported about her buying a new property, "they got all the other details wrong"
Alia also mentioned that her new flat is in the same building where is residing at the moment.
"Firstly the property is not away from my current home. It is an apartment in the same building where I live now," she added.
Moving out
Alia will never move out of her current home
Alia also dismissed the plans of her moving out from her current residence and stated that she will not change her "home" come what may.
"Firstly, I bought this home where I live very close to my parent's home. Secondly, I built my home brick by brick all my own. Every piece of furniture, every knickknack is selected personally by me," she asserted.

Meanwhile, Alia is working on numerous projects after 'Gully Boy'
On the work front, Alia is basking in the success of her movie Gully Boy.
The actress is also working on Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra, which also stars Ranbir and Amitabh Bachchan in key roles.
Besides, Alia will also be seen in Karan Johar's Takht.
The movie will feature Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor in pivotal roles.
