She barely got the time to enjoy the success of her last release 'Raazi' as she immediately moved on to her next projects - 'Brahmastra' and 'Kalank'. The 25-year-old recently met with an accident on the sets of 'Kalank' and has reportedly injured her foot. Here's more.

She tripped over the stairs
The accident occurred while Alia was shooting for the Abhishek Varman directorial in Andheri, Mumbai along with Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha. She tripped over the stairs on the sets and sustained a foot injury. The medical team rushed to her with first aid and bandaged her foot.

"Alia is also juggling the shoot of 'Brahmastra' with Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan so she can't take a break. She has been resting in between shots so the injury is not aggravated," a media report stated.
Context
In March, Alia had injured her shoulder
This is the second time that Alia has injured herself this year. Previously, in March, she had injured her shoulder while shooting an action scene for 'Brahmastra' in Bulgaria. The doctors advised her to not strain her shoulder. This also brought the shooting of Ayan Mukerji's film to a brief halt.
