Alia Bhatt injured while shooting an action sequence for 'Brahmastra'
Alia Bhatt, who is currently in Bulgaria for the shooting of her next film 'Brahmastra', has injured herself while performing a stunt. The actress has some high octane action sequences in the superhero film but has now been advised to refrain from shooting them for at least 15 days. She has sustained injuries on her right shoulder and arm.
Here's what a media report said
"The team was shooting for a scene when Alia fell and hurt herself. She has injured her right shoulder and arm. There's a clot in her arm, so she has been advised bed rest. Her right arm is bandaged and held up in a sling," the report said.
'Brahmastra' is Karan Johar's biggest film till date
Directed by Ayan Mukerji and bankrolled by Karan Johar, 'Brahmastra' will be a trilogy. The first installment of the big-budgeted action-adventure will hit the screens next year. It will have Ranbir Kapoor playing a superhero for the very first time, though Ayan maintains it is a modern-day fantasy movie. The film also stars megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Telly star Mouni Roy.
