Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar is currently busy promoting his upcoming film, Housefull 4. As part of promotions, the 52-year-old was present on the sets of a reality show when an accident caught his attention and he immediately rushed to the rescue. The event took place on the sets of a new show, Movie Masti with Maniesh Paul. Here's what happened.
One of the members fell unconscious during the shoot
It so happened that while performing one of the tasks on the show, comedians Ali Asgar and Paritosh Tripathi were tethered to a harness mid-air, when the latter lost consciousness. Notably, Akshay was one of the first ones on the sets to sense that something was wrong and thus immediately rushed to help the man. The video of the incident has since gone viral.

Akshay will next be seen in ensemble comedy 'Housefull 4'
Meanwhile, on the work front, Akshay will next be seen in ensemble comedy Housefull 4. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, the film is the fourth installment of the popular Housefull franchise. Directed by Farhad Samji, the film also stars Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Kharbanda in the lead. It is set to release on October 25.
'Good Newwz' to 'Laxmmi Bomb', Akshay has many upcoming films
Apart from Housefull 4, Akshay has three more films in the pipeline. These include a comedy drama, Good Newwz, opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan and Rohit Shetty-directorial Sooryavanshi. He will also be seen in Laxmmi Bomb, a horror-comedy film, written and directed by Raghava Lawrence.
