Earlier, Kumar had donated ₹3 crore to Ayodhya Ram Temple
To recall, in January, Kumar donated ₹3 crore to the construction of the famed Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The donation was made after the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust announced a donation drive to raise funds for the temple's construction. However, he was not able to attend the temple's consecration ceremony since he was shooting in Jordan for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
Kumar's 'Khel Khel Mein' to release on Independence Day
On the work front, Kumar is awaiting the release of his third film this year, Khel Khel Mein. The film is set for an Independence Day release and features a star-studded cast including Vaani Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, Ammy Virk, and Fardeen Khan. It will clash with Vedaa and Stree 2 and is a remake of the popular movie Perfect Strangers.
