#MissionMangal: Akshay proud to star in India's Mars Mission movie

And now the superstar is all set to make the nation proud as he announced his next project 'Mission Mangal'.
The movie is going to be India's first space movie and will be based on the country's Mars Mission which was launched on November 5, 2013.

Akshay is excited about his new project
Sharing his excitement about 'Mission Mangal', Akshay tweeted a picture of the entire cast of the movie on the micro-blogging site.
Apart from Akshay, the movie will star Taapsee Pannu, Sharman Joshi, Sonakshi Sinha and Vidya Balan.
He wrote, "Proud and excited to bring the story of India's Mars Mission, #MissionMangal. Meet the team and do share your best wishes. Shoot begins soon".

Deal
Akshay signs a three-film deal with Fox Star Studios
Interestingly, 'Mission Mangal' is the first movie under Akshay's recently signed three-film deal with Fox Star Studios.
The movie will be jointly directed by Jagan Shakti and R Balki. This will be Akshay's second collaboration with Balki after 'PadMan'.
Talking about his collaboration with Fox Star, he said, "I am looking forward to creating a collaboration that will deliver meaningful and entertaining cinematic experience".
