What's the story
The much-anticipated third installment of the popular Jolly LLB franchise finally has a release date.
Jolly LLB 3, starring Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, is slated to hit theaters on September 19, 2025.

Plot details
'Jolly LLB 3' promises thrilling courtroom drama
Jolly LLB 3 will mark the return of Kumar and Warsi as Jagdish Mishra and Jagdish Tyagi, respectively.
The film is likely to include a high-octane courtroom face-off between the two characters.
Saurabh Shukla reprises his role as the quirky judge, Justice Sunderlal Tripathi, and reports indicate that the story will center around a socially relevant case.
Rescheduling
'Jolly LLB 3' faced release date changes
Initially, Jolly LLB 3 was slated for an April 10, 2025 release but was postponed to avoid clashing with Karan Johar's Kesari 2.
The decision came after Johar, who is producing Kesari 2, requested Kumar to delay the release of Jolly LLB 3.
This change now sets the stage for a September premiere.
Kesari 2, meanwhile, is likely to release on April 18.
Behind the scenes
Warsi teases 'insane' fight sequence in 'Jolly LLB 3'
In a recent interview with Mashable India, Warsi teased an "insane" fight sequence with Kumar.
He revealed, "We did a long fight sequence in one take, which would have taken a day to finish otherwise. Of course, I got cut... I was bleeding and all, but it was worth it."
Directed by Subhash Kapoor, Jolly LLB 3 also stars Huma Qureshi and Amrita Rao.
The movie also marks Rao's return to the big screen after a six-year hiatus.
