Ajay to film jungle thriller in Ooty forests in March
What's the story
Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn will start shooting for his upcoming jungle adventure thriller in the dense forests of Ooty, in the second half of March.
According to reports by Mid-Day, he will be seen as Ranger Singh, a rookie forest officer fighting against animal poaching, in the film. Sanjay Dutt will play the villain and join the sets later.
Directed by Jagan Shakti, the project will be completed by September 2025 and released in 2026's latter half.

Devgn's film is based on the book, 'Ranger'
Devgn's upcoming action-adventure film is inspired by the 2018 book Ranger by Aseem Arora and Richa Ganesh, according to PeepingMoon. The film is going ahead with the tentative title of Ranger, too.
While staying true to the book's theme of wildlife conservation, the film will add more action and adventure for a wider audience. Devgn will play the lead, bringing his signature intensity to the role.
