Adrien Brody won Best Actor for The Brutalist while Mikey Madison clinched the Best Actress for Anora.
Kieran Culkin bagged the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for A Real Pain.
Wicked bagged awards for Best Costume Design and Best Production Design while Dune: Part Two won for Best Sound and Best Visual Effects.
Animated triumphs
'Flow' and 'In the Shadow of the Cypress' were celebrated
Latvia's Flow became the first-ever Latvian film to win an Oscar, bagging Best Animated Feature.
Iranian filmmakers Shirin Sohani and Hossein Molayemi also won Best Animated Short for In the Shadow of the Cypress.
Best International Feature Film went to I'm Still Here and Best Live Action Short Film was clinched by I'm Not a Robot, defeating Guneet Monga's Anuja.
Creative accolades
'Anora' and 'The Brutalist' shone in screenplay and directing
Sean Baker won Best Original Screenplay for Anora, which also got him Best Film Editing.
Peter Straughan was awarded Best Adapted Screenplay for his work on Conclave.
In the directing category, Baker bagged another win with Best Directing for Anora.
Meanwhile, Lol Crawley was awarded Best Cinematography for The Brutalist while Daniel Bloomberg won Best Original Score for the same film.
Documentary triumphs
'No Other Land' and 'The Only Girl...' also won
The Best Documentary Feature award went to No Other Land, a joint effort by Israeli and Palestinian filmmakers.
The documentary offers an eye-opening insight into the eviction of Palestinian and Israeli communities from the West Bank by the Israeli military.
Meanwhile, Molly O'Brien and Lisa Remington's The Only Girl in the Orchestra won Best Documentary Short Film at the 97th Academy Awards.
Technical triumphs
'Emilia Perez' and 'The Substance' bagged technical awards
The musical drama Emilia Perez, starring Saldana, won Best Original Song for El Mal.
The song was composed by Clement Ducol and Camille, with lyrics written by Ducol, Camille, and Jacques Audiard.
Meanwhile, in another category, Pierre-Olivier Persin, Stephanie Guillon, and Marilyne Scarselli won Best Makeup and Hairstyling for their work on The Substance.
