Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai are one of the most adored couples of the industry. Abhishek-Aishwarya to work together after eight years
In the past, Abhishek and Aishwarya have worked together in several movies including 'Guru', 'Dhoom 2', etc. They were last seen together in 2010 release 'Raavan'. Talking about the same AB said, "I think I've done more films with Aishwarya than any other female co-star. She has always brought out the best in me. I am excited to get in front of the camera with her once again."
'Gulab Jamun' is a sweet script, says Abhishek
Notably, Abhishek has returned to the silver screen after a two-year hiatus with 'Manmarziyaan'. During the promotions, he spoke about 'Gulab Jamun' and said, "Gulab Jamun is a very sweet script which Sarvesh Mewara will be directing. It's the film we both liked very much and we both really want to do. When we will be doing it, we haven't decided."
'Gulab Jamun' to hit the floors in mid 2019
Reportedly, 'Gulab Jamun' will hit the floors by July 2019, owing to the Bachchan couple's work commitments. "Abhishek and Aishwarya are expected to begin the preparation for the movie in 2019. Aishwarya will also finish her annual commitment of gracing the Cannes Film Festival. The movie is expected to go on floors in June or July 2019," a source was quoted as saying.
