Post hiatus, Abhishek Bachchan is all set to make a comeback on the big screen with 'Manmarziyaan'. But it is his upcoming movie 'Dhoom 4' that is creating a lot of buzz in the town.
The much-awaited fourth installment of the 'Dhoom' franchise is likely to have a new villain and Shah Rukh Khan's name is doing the rounds for the role.

The reports have created a lot of buzz and fans were, understandably, excited to watch SRK as the antagonist. However, AB has cited the reports as rumors.
"Till Adi (Aditya Chopra) doesn't tell me I would not believe any of the rumors," Abhishek was quoted as saying.
Notably, Abhishek has played the role of a cop in all the installments of 'Dhoom' franchise.

Each installment of 'Dhoom' franchise has come up with a new villain - John Abraham, Hrithik Roshan and Aamir Khan.
So when 'Dhoom 4' was announced, speculations got rife about who would be the next villain of the series.
Apart from SRK, names like Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan were also reported to be considered for the role opposite Abhishek.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan walked out from 'Dhoom 4'
Apparently, it was also reported that YRF was in talks with Salman Khan to play the antagonist in the movie.
However, Salman walked out of the project after the makers failed to meet his demand.
He had reportedly demanded not to share the screen space with Abhishek, which was not possible given the fact that Abhishek plays a crucial role in the movie.

Well, the official announcement about 'Dhoom 4' cast is yet to be made. Meanwhile, Abhishek Bachchan is busy promoting his upcoming movie 'Manmarziyaan'.
Helmed by Anurag Kashyap, the movie is a new-age love triangle and also stars Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal in the lead.
'Manmarziyaan' is slated to release on September 14.
