How Aanand L Rai perceives Shah Rukh Khan
Aanand L Rai, who has collaborated with Shah Rukh Khan for the first time for his upcoming movie 'Zero', cannot seem to have enough of the superstar. For Aanand, SRK is a basic Delhi boy who has achieved great heights in his life. Also, the 'Tanu Weds Manu' fame director finds King Khan to be his most obedient actor ever.
The director is proud of SRK's achievements
Talking about King Khan's growth as a star, Aanand said, "I always felt he is a basic Delhi boy. Whenever I saw him in those valleys of Switzerland, I felt 'Oh Delhi boy wahan tak pahuch gaya.' But, I never felt he didn't belong there." "That's why I think he has a great connect in our country because he represents a basic middle-class boy."

"Shah Rukh makes me feel so comfortable and makes you feel like he is the most obedient actor you have ever worked with. I have found a friend, a big brother in him. I am enjoying the process and he is letting me fly," he further said.
The actor-director duo is currently busy with 'Zero'
SRK and Aanand are looking to wrap up the shoot for 'Zero' by the mid-2018. The film reunites SRK with his 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan' co-stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. The first look and the teaser of the film were released a couple of months back and have been unanimously loved by one and all.
